Terms and Conditions for the use of the Stratac.bg online store

Use of the Website


By using the Stratac.bg website, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. The online store accepts orders 24/7, while order processing is carried out during business hours. Orders can be placed with or without registration. Users must be at least 18 years old and provide valid contact and delivery information.

Products and Prices


All prices listed on the website are final and include VAT. Stratac.bg reserves the right to change prices and product information without prior notice, without affecting already confirmed orders.

Payment


In the Stratac.bg online store, payment is made via Cash on Delivery (COD). The customer pays for the order upon receiving the shipment directly to the courier of Econt Express.

Delivery


Deliveries are carried out via the courier company Econt Express. The standard delivery time is up to 3 business days after order confirmation. Stratac.bg is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns


Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with consumer protection regulations. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

In case of a defect, customers may submit a complaint according to consumer protection regulations by contacting info@stratac.bg.

Liability
Stratac.bg is not responsible for force majeure events, technical issues, or delays caused by third parties.
