BulgarianStratac.bg offers the possibility to return or exchange purchased
products within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with
applicable consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a
return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and
include all tags and accompanying documents.
If you wish to return or
exchange a product, please contact us at info@stratac.bg and send the
item back within 14 days after notifying us.
Return and exchange
shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is
defective or incorrectly delivered. In such cases, Stratac.bg will cover
the transportation costs.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after
receiving and inspecting the returned product, using the same payment
method used for the original order unless otherwise agreed.
