The Salomon X Ultra Forces Mid GTX is a durable tactical shoe designed for professionals who need agility, protection, and endurance in demanding environments. This mid-cut model blends the lightweight feel of a trail running shoe with the stability of a hiking shoe, making it suitable for both low-visibility operations and high-intensity missions.

Engineered for long-lasting performance, the shoe supports fast movement while maintaining control and comfort over extended periods. The integrated Advanced Chassis™ provides lateral stability and underfoot protection, ensuring confidence on uneven terrain without restricting natural movement.

The upper is constructed from a non-reflective combination of Anti-Debris Mesh, PU-coated leather, and single-layer mesh. This mix delivers durability, flexibility, and protection in equal measure. The Anti-Debris Mesh prevents dirt, sand, and small particles from entering, helping maintain a clean and comfortable internal environment during prolonged use.

PU-coated leather reinforcements increase resistance to abrasion and extend the lifespan of the shoe. The coating also enhances water repellency and simplifies maintenance, making it ideal for harsh field conditions.

The GORE-TEX membrane ensures full waterproof protection while allowing moisture vapor to escape. This keeps the foot dry and comfortable in wet conditions and during intense activity. The construction uses PFC-free materials, reducing environmental impact while maintaining performance.

The SensiFit™ system wraps the foot securely from the midsole to the lacing system, providing a precise and stable fit. This improves control during rapid movements, climbing, or rappelling. The gusseted tongue prevents debris from entering while maintaining a centered and comfortable fit.

Additional internal reinforcements support the foot during dynamic movement. A durable toe cap and full mudguard protect against impacts, abrasion, and moisture, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding conditions.

Closed lace hooks reduce the risk of snagging on obstacles, while the integrated lace pocket keeps excess lace securely stored, improving safety and efficiency during movement.

The midsole features EnergyCell technology, providing effective shock absorption and smooth energy transfer, especially on uneven terrain.

The Contagrip® outsole with aggressive tread pattern delivers reliable traction on a wide range of surfaces, including mud, gravel, and loose ground. The Advanced Chassis™ further enhances lateral support and stability.

Inside, the OrthoLite® insole provides cushioning, breathability, and moisture control, ensuring comfort during extended wear.
